Mothers, Babies & Young Children

Well Baby Clinic
The Health Visiting Team is available every week at the Well Baby Clinics to offer advice and support for parents with children under five.

We can monitor your baby’s growth and review development where appropriate.

Immunisations may also be given during the clinics.

Well Baby Clinics (0-5 years)
The Health Visiting Team is available every week at the Well Baby Clinics to offer advice and support for parents with children under five. We can monitor your baby’s growth and review development where appropriate. Immunisations may also be given during some of these clinics (see below).

Baby Massage Classes
These classes are held every Wednesday (during term time) from 11am – 12:30pm at St John’s. For more information, please contact a member of The Ridge Health Visiting Team on 01274 425682.

Cousen Road, Great Horton (drop in clinic)
Wednesday: 1pm – 3:30pm (Immunisations only)
LATE CLINIC 1st Wednesday of every month: 1:00pm – 5:30pm (Immunisations only)
Thursday: 1pm – 2:30pm (Advice and Weighing only)

Please note from 5th July 2012, Thursday clinics will run at:
Canterbury Childrens Centre
Basil Street
Bradford
BD5 9HL
1pm-2:30pm

Smith Avenue, Wibsey
Tuesday: 1:00pm – 3:30pm (Immunisations, Advice and Weighing)

Buttershaw
Immunisation clinic on Monday 2-4pm by appointment only for Buttershaw patients. (These appointments are sent out by Child Health, not organised by the practice, although we do have two spare slots each week).

We also have a weekly baby clinic at Reevy Hill Children’s Centre on Thursdays from 1.30-3pm which is open to everyone. No immunisations are carried out at this clinic.

There is a community baby clinic at Woodside Children’s Centre on Tuesdays from 10-11am. No immunisations are carried out at this clinic.

There is also a breastfeeding café on Thursdays from 10-11.30am at the Reevy Hill Children’s Centre.

Children’s Centres are all about helping families and children.
